In order to train the qualified human resources needed by higher education institutions and other public institutions and organizations, students are sent abroad for postgraduate education with the scholarship provided by the Ministry of National Education based on the Law No. 1416 on Students to be Sent to Foreign Countries (YLSY Program). In this context, within the scope of 2025 YLSY, 811 students will be sent abroad to pursue master's and/or doctoral studies in official scholarship status.
